The next workshop is...
"TEACHING GRAMMAR" - A Repeat of this Popular Workshop
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7th, MELBOURNE.
What is "correct" grammar and is it changing? Should it be taught formally in schools? How should I teach it? Why did a book on punctuation recently become a worldwide best-seller?
This workshop is for teachers, aides, and speech pathologists. (Not for preschool teachers).
During the workshop, we will use components of the ALIEN TALK program by Pelican Talk (see ALIEN TALK ) to cover simple sentences, although this program does not need to be adopted to benefit from the resources included on the CD-Rom. (All particants receive a free copy of the CD-Rom valued at $70). We also cover compound and complex sentences.
